GAS AND HOTEL SUBSIDY INFORMATION:

This subsidization is only for youth club members competing in the provincials and only if they reside at least 100 km (one-way) from Calgary. No long term commitment has been made relative to the subsidization.
We recognize that the subsidization will not cover all of the expenses. However, if the event was moved to another location as it typically would (e.g. Medicine Hat or Edmonton), there would be no subsidization and two clubs would still have to travel and pay all of their own expenses.

Gas Allowance

Darts Alberta will pay the driver of the vehicle:

• $20.00 when driving only 1 eligible youth club member to and from the tournament venue city
• $40.00 when driving 2 eligible youth club members to and from the tournament venue city
• $60.00 when driving 3 or more eligible youth club members to and from the tournament venue city

Hotel Accommodation

Darts Alberta will pay, if hotel receipts provided:

• $25.00 per room, per night, when only 1 eligible youth club member is staying in a room (for Friday and/or Saturday night of the Youth Provincials)
• $50.00 per room, per night, when 2 eligible youth club members are sharing a room (for Friday and/or Saturday night of the Youth Provincials)
• $75.00 per room, per night, when 3 or more eligible youth club members are sharing a room (for Friday and/or Saturday night of the Youth Provincials)
