DARTS ALBERTA SALUTES THE 2015 ADULT TEAM COACHES!
A big "THANKS COACH" goes out to Sandi Orr, Lesley Johnston and Darryll Walsh—coaches of the 2015 Adult Team Alberta in St. Catharines Ontario!!
Although we haven’t included the names of any former coaches for fear of missing someone, Darts Alberta wishes to say THANKS to each and every Adult Nationals Coach for all of your hard work and dedication coaching at the Adult National Championships over the past 30 years!!
SANDI ORR

Sandi Orr has volunteered for our sport for over 25 years. Sandi was instrumental in getting the NDFC National Coaching Program off the ground and because of her hard work, these NDFC Coaching courses are now available on-line for coaches from across Canada. She was one of the first coaches in Canada to be certified as a Community Sport Dart Coach, Competition–Introduction Dart Coach and Competition–Development Dart Coach. 2015 marked Sandi’s 12th time coaching at an Adult Nationals. She has also coached at one Youth Nationals, one Pacific Cup, two World Masters and three World Cups.

Lesley Johnston is a former Team Alberta member (2007) and began pursuing her coaching accreditation in 2008. Lesley is certified as a Community Sport Dart Coach and Competition–Introduction Dart Coach and is now pursuing accreditation as a Competition–Development Dart Coach. 2015 was Lesley’s fourth time coaching the Alberta Adult Team (Gander – 2010, Thunder Bay – 2012, St. John’s – 2013).

2015 was Darryll Walsh’s first experience coaching at the Adult Nationals. Darryll began his coaching accreditation this spring and is already certified as a Community Sport Dart Coach and Competition–Introduction Dart Coach. Darryll is eager to further enhance his coaching knowledge and experience by pursuing his accreditation as a Competition–Development Dart Coach this winter.
