A big applause to Bernie and Julie Narain and the Calgary Pub Dart Association for adding some fun at the Calgary Open for a worthy cause. A fundraising dunk tank was sent up this past weekend with proceeds to assist Linda Ledingham and Shaun Narain for their trip to the 2012 World Masters. Many players volunteered to take their turn in the tank thanks to some warm cooperative weather. A total of $228 was raised on Saturday afternoon.

"I would like to give a big heart filled thank you to all my friends who came out to raise funds for Shaun and I to go to the World Masters.  It was the perfect weather for the dunk tank, although the water was a bit on the cold side, it did prove refreshing for those tropical moments, lol.  Once again, Thank you my dart family and the CPDA....Love you all!"
